Housed in GTC Global’s head office in Sunway Damansara, the CMS operates 24/7 and also forms a help desk for clients. The Station is capable of running event driven and video based monitoring through GTC Global’s network. Equipment in this Station include two-way audio communication devises and digital recording which also forms a customer’s image archive system for tracking and investigations. The system also reduces false alarms by allowing video verification prior to contacting local authorities. |
